  • 1) What are the ingredients in the Grain Free Everything Dough 2.0 E-Book?  I understand that many of us with gluten intolerance/celiac have many other food allergies.  I get that!  So I am here to tell you exactly what the ingredients in the dough include to make your life easier.  The ingredients in the Grain Free Everything Dough 2.0 are blanched almond flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, Instant Dry Yeast, xanthan gum (corn-free/grain free variety), cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, egg whites, light olive oil, honey and water. 
  • 2) I am avoiding nightshades, is there a substitution for potato starch?  This is a common question I get and yes, you can substitute tapioca flour for the potato starch. 
  • 3) I’m allergic to nuts, can I substitute the almond flour for another flour?  At the moment, I do not have a substitution for the almond flour but I am working on a nut free version due to the many requests.  I will let you know as soon as it is available.
  • 4) Is this a low carb dough?  No, this dough is not meant to be a low carb dough.  It is made for those who have been missing out on Grain free, gluten free and dairy free baking.  If you want to reduce carbs, you can have a smaller serving or make a recipe that is divided into smaller portions like the Grissini or Skinny Rosemary Garlic Breadsticks.

Great new and improved dough!

I love the way baking turns out with your, “New improved”, recipe for the dough. Originally I found the dough a bit tough to chew, but your new formula has overcome that nicely. The flavour has always been excellent. I did try the pizza and it was scrumptious, and the dough was so manageable to work with—great!

Samosas are great!

The samosas are delicious! The crust is great texture and flavor! I think you could use it to fill these with many combinations of fillings. The sauce adds the perfect sweet and spicy to top it off. I love these!
